Collection services register (Justis) and our scope

We are not registered in the collection services register held by Justis. As a result, we do not carry out out-of-court debt collection against private individuals (consumers). This restriction follows from the Act on the quality of collection services (Wki); we state this explicitly, including in our complaints procedure.

We do — upon your instruction — carry out out-of-court commercial debt collection against companies and legal entities. And litigation through the courts — both as claimant and as defendant — against both businesses and private individuals falls within our practice.
