The service area of legal advice and collection agency Van den Bosch | Advies & Incasso covers the whole of the Netherlands, but primarily the province of Utrecht, parts of the province of North Holland, the province of North Brabant and the province of Gelderland.
Your debtor's location does not matter
It makes no difference to us where you or your debtor are located in the Netherlands. We can act on your behalf in out-of-court B2B collection and provide litigation support throughout the country. If court proceedings are required, we work with a nationwide network of enforcement officers who serve the legal documents at the correct address.
